NDA – Non-Directing Agent – ‘the real estate agent on the transaction that did not bring the transaction to you’.
NC – New Customer – ‘someone who was specifically converted by the rep completing this form and has not directed an order in the previous 6 months.’
NCO – New Customer Order – ‘an intentionally directed order from a new customer matching the criteria above. The first 5 orders from said new customer qualify as new customer orders.’
